We`re selling a house in the village of Luybnitsa, near Ihtiman (ca. 20km). The house itself has an

makes it possible to plant kiwis, figs, mulberries and pomegranates.

There`s an annual event, Rally Bulgaria, that takes place in the area, which guarantees frequent
repairs of the asphalt road. Another interesting fact about Lyubnitsa is that there are ancient
fortresses and various other ruins that can be explored.
